The LinQ Foundation

Bringing Communities Together

Who We Are

The LinQ Foundation is a registered foundation based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our goal is to contribute to create a just, equal and peaceful society in which the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer persons are respected and LGBTQ persons live with dignity, free from discrimination or abuse.

To do so, we seek to build bridges between LGBTQ individuals, particularly those from vulnerable communities in Thailand and Myanmar in order to provide learning opportunities, experience sharing and collaboration.

With the aim to end discrimination as a whole, we also work closely with partners and networks at national, regional, and international levels to foster a common understanding and respect of human rights and dignity, so that LGBTQ individuals are respected, treated equally and justly.

In short, the LinQ Foundation ultimately, collaborates to create societies that uphold equality, mutual respect, and justice for all.
